July 4th 2009...We had a great day hanging out in our hometown! First we walked to the MV street fair...Keaton enjoyed pointing out all the fun stuff along the way and especially loved sitting in the big fire truck! Then we went down to the MV main lake for some playground fun and yummy ice cream! We walked back and it was time for a nap (Keaton insisted on walking most of the way)! After we headed down to the little lake for some fun swimming & digging in the sand. We fired up the BBQ and ate some yummy dinner (Coffee-Rubbed Cheeseburgers with Texas BBQ Sauce, bacon potato salad, green salad... and apple pie a la mode!)...then it was time for some amazing fireworks! After about 5 outfit changes, Keaton was tired out...he made it to the 9pm fireworks....but, he could have slept through them if we let him! Thanks GG & Papa G for letting us enjoy the doggies and your beautiful house when you were away! Enjoy the pic's!!!
