Keaton 22 months

Keaton turned 22 months on the 17th and we have been busy...or should I say he has been busy!!! This week Keaton helped make dinner, we watered the plants, we built a sandcastle at the lake, we started swim lessons that last for 2 weeks, Mimi replaced the pool Jackson ate with a huge dino pool (thanks!), we went to LA to visit all my teacher friends at school, we painted & colored, we visited the pet store at the mall & ate a hot dog and cheese on a stick, GG took him to the park & pool, he got his first Thomas the train set, we played with Buster & Zoey & so much more! He is growing up so fast & talking up a storm... I can't believe that he will be 2 in September!!!

OC Fair

On July 19th we went to the Orange County Fair! Keaton loved seeing all the farm animals, riding on a pony for the 1st time, going to the petting zoo, dancing to the music & eating the rest of GG's hot dog on a stick! He did not like the 3d movie that much...(little 2 old for him and a little 2 young & over the top for us!) Ice cream was the last stop before he fell asleep in the car ride home!

Jackson & Keaton

Last weekend we took care of Jackson for Aunt Mimi & Uncle Dan. Keaton and Jackson had a blast even if he did chew through 9 balls, a toy truck & the blow up pool!!! We love you Jackson ...come back to visit anytime!

Tanaka Farms

Last Tuesday at Tanaka Farms we took a watermelon tour with Kelly and Morgan. We rode in a wagon that was pulled by a tractor around the farm. We all tried different summer fruits and Vegetables...I think Keaton & Morgan only liked the corn and watermelon...but enjoyed throwing the cherry tomatos into the field! We also got to take home a watermelon-yum! Thanks Kelly for setting everything up... we had a blast and we will have to plan our next adventure soon before summer is over!

Trip to Arizona

On July 11th to the 13th we went to Arizona to visit Keaton's Grandparents (they came from Alaska) and Keaton's Uncle, Aunt and cousins (that live in Tucson)! We had a great visit despite the 112 degree weather! We celebrated Emma (6) and Skylynn (3) Birthday on Sunday...and had a family day of pictures in the park on Monday! It was a quick trip but it was great to have Keaton meet a big part of his family and to visit with the family he has not seen in a while. Chis, Tiffany, Emma, Sean, Skylynn & Serena it was great seeing you all and meeting little Serena for the first time- you r doing a great job with all of them...I don't know how u do all that you do with 4! Thank you Sharon and Vince for all the yummy food and great place to stay...we can't wait to see you in California in September! We love you and miss you already!
P.S. Keaton was great on the plane...but, did not like the 2 hr. layover in Las Vegas... I guess he will in 20 years!!!
