GIlroy Garlic Festival

The Giroy Garlic Festival

Today we drove down to Gilroy to go to the famous Garlic Festival.

After the 2 hr drive (major traffic...it should have taken 1 hr) we hiked into the crowded hot festival. We meet up with Serena & Lindsay for some yummy eating and free giveaways. Then Keaton had a blast in the kids area in all the bounce houses..but all in all I think we did it once..and that was enough for us!

Central Park

We have been to Central Park severl times now, but this was the first time the train was running. Keaton was so excited he rode the train 2 times!

Lillian

Lillian is 17 months old and such a joy!

Train Town

We drove up to Sonoma today to go to Train Town for Keaton. The kids loved...the 10 min train ride...through tunnels, over bridges & even stopped in a mini town so you can feed the animals! Then we stopped for lunch at a winery (they were having an event...so we saw some free acrobats)...and it turned out to be a beautiful day!

Little Miss Toddler

4th of July

It is our first 4th of July in Nor Cal...so we decided to take the train down to the 74th annual Redwood City parade! Wow....tons of people..but we squeezed in a spot just as it was beginning to start! The kids loved seeing all the fire trucks, old cars, bands & animals...it was a nice hometown feel. Then after we grabbed a bite to eat we headed back home on the train. We asked Keaton what was his favorite part...of course he said "TRAIN"!

1st SOCCER GAME

Aaron took Keaton to his 1st big Soccer game! They drove down to the Stanford Stadium to watch San Jose Earthquakes & the New York Red Bulls! Let the fun events with daddy begin!
