San Francisco Zoo

We meet up with the Vinje Family (minus the dad's) and had a fun day at the Zoo!

Keaton and Lily loved all the animals and of course Keaton loved the FAST train!!!

A VIST to SF

We went into the city today to visit our friend Krista!

We meet up in Noe Valley and went to breakfast at Pomelo on Church street then we walked up the the Upper Noe Recreation Center for some fun down the slides...thanks Krista for the fun tour! Keaton had a little more energy so we decided to visit the street trian muesum (again), walk down Pier 14 and then we took a stroll through the ferry building!!!

A Trip on the BART

We drove into the city to meet up with Serena and visit the San Francisco Cable Car Museum. Parking was difficult...especially on trying to parallel park on a very steep hill! Keaton loved finding out how the trolly's worked and Lily was just following his every step! Then we all grabbed a bite to eat across the street from the museum at the Gallery Cafe...yummy panini sandwich! We then hoped on a trolley car that took us down to the Wharf..and we walked to Pier 39 to visit the seals, play on the playground and eat some dessert! What a fun day...thanks Serena for meeting us...we will have to visit again soon!

We drove down to Los Gatos in search of the Billy Jones Wildcat Railroad....
We found it in beautiful Oak Meadow Park (next to Vasona Park)...Keaton was in heaven...a huge playground with an old firetruck and airplane to climb on... slides, bridges, streams, fields of grass, a carousel and of course the steam TRAIN!!! We had a picnic in the park and enjoyed the beautiful day...we will defiantly come back!
P.S. On the way home we drove through town as the kiddos were falling asleep...what a cute town...Aaron wants to come back for the Apple store!!!

What a beautiful day in Northern California!!!
We meet up for a yummy breakfast at Nini's ...very random location...with Papa G, GG, Mimi & Hugh before they took off in a plane back to Southern California. We loved there visit and can't wait to see them again very soon! Then we got a phone call from the Bond's to join them down in at Crissy Field. We did not have our beach gear..but that was ok...we had fun anyways! It was the perfect day ...Keaton loved jumping in the water and Lily wanted to eat the sand! Thank you Bond's for inviting us down..what a fun morning! We will have to go back when the weather get nice again!
